Business services as an enabler

In this edition of Kraków Calling we delve into how business services centres in Kraków enable the broader businesses they are part of.

In part 1 we will explore Business Insight – how we partner with our broader companies to provide value in strategy creation and an enabler for digital transformation.

In part 2 we will examine the Key Enablers for us to do so coming from the fact that we are part of a  robust ecosystem in Kraków and Poland.

We will ask how diversity of thought plays into the agenda (international diversity and gender diversity) and discuss the topic of female bench strength and how we can nurture and build on this.

The #Krakowianki project is a powerful and dynamic initiative that highlights the important and often overlooked contributions of women in the development of Kraków. Through a range of activities, such as the Kazimiera Bujwidowa award for exceptional women, the “Entrepreneurial Krakowianki” programme, and the “Mistrzynie” campaign for female athletes, this interdisciplinary socio-cultural project promotes women’s advancement in social, artistic, economic and scientific fields. From celebrating the heroines of the city to creating a tourist trail dedicated to them, the Krakowianki project strives to inspire and empower women to reach their full potential.
